Dresser Makeover Tutorial

Dresser Makeover Video Tutorial

Happy Fall!

Sorry I am taking so long getting this out, but my one week vacation to Florida turned into a two-week vacation to Florida thanks to Hurricane Sandy. Needless to say we arrived home safely and are very sad to see the devastation in the North East, our prayers go out to Hurricane Sandy victims.

Next on my tutorials is one for my Chalkboard Paint Dresser Makeover. A friend of mine asked me to help her redecorate her daughter's bedroom, specifically...refinishing an old dresser. She and her husband and the kids all brought it over and she told me I had free reign to do whatever I wanted to it. All I knew is that her daughter wanted chalkboard paint so she could label the drawers. We had seen this similar one online.

Cute right?

So, she picked out her paint color:

Princely Purple -Sherwin Williams

And I got to work.

Instead of my typical blog tutorials- I decided to utilize my iMovie software on my mac, and do a video tutorial, just to shake things up a bit!

Its great to know that my 4 years of College studying Television Journalism and a one year internship at NBC news finally paid off! I was able to use my film editing skills! Just kidding.....the equipment I learned on in college was so archaic compared to iMovie, you don't need a college degree to use this software.

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
